Hello everybody,

(1) I think that the paragraph "In such cases, the effective sections ..... section limit" should be attatched to "d) Slender ..... " itself.and should not be a separate paragraph.

(2) The definition of average thickness of tapered elements may be given in this document itself, instead of referring to SP:6
