respected prof. kalyanaram,

in the course on IS 800 at Kolkata, you saed that commentary of the
code is under preparation and will be brought out by INSDAG soon.

my request to you is to please make it sure that a exaustive list of
references (for each section of the code) is included in the
commentary, apart from the explanations of relevant clauses. This will
be very much useful. If possible, the background reports prepared for
Draft IS 800 may also be uploaded on the SEFI site.
