Part of Cl. 4.5.2.1 perhaps should read (suggested change in quotes):

since ry is in numerator and xt in denominator.
Also, it might be a good idea to explain the basis of the magic formula given in this clause, may be in a commentary.
Formulae corresponding to values given in various tables or graphs will help software developers.
