Thank you Er. Singh for this info! Though we know about it and other imp. papers by Prof. Mehta and Prof. V M Malhotra, unless we get permission from ACI we can't officially include them here. Ofcourse if it is freely available in the Net Sefians can browse and read them.
It is of interest to note that this foundation designed by Prof. Mehta is unreinforced!
