Dear All,

I have attached a site plan for your reference, which is having an area of 54500 Sft.

The site is divided into five parts and all have level differences from the existing road level.

Part-1 & Part-2 is for commercial(G+1) purpose, part 3 is for residential, part 4 & part 5 is for agricultural purpose.

The entrance is going to be on the NE corner of the road face. 20' road will be provided till part 3. From part 3 step down shall be provided to access part 4 & part 5. Filling has to be done on the required surface.

Need a few suggestions for the below points.

1. For the construction of the commercial(G+1) building, the filling has to be done to meet the road level.

or any other solutions to arrange this level difference.

2. In part 3, the building area will be 3000 Sft with a separate garden, car shed, and swimming pool.

Here, at the 4'-6" level we get firm strata from the existing level.

There is a level difference of 9' from the road level and the building has to be constructed 2' to 3' above the road level.

So that 9' level difference area has to be filled or underground has to be constructed with retaining wall on all four sides.

how to align these kinds of level differences?

Kindly guide me on this, both structural and architectural aspects.

It is economical solution have the Basements for part -1 & 2
and remaining bunglow & agricultural gardens at their same level

Areas of residence and commercial can be at higher level with basements , agricultural area at lower level .

External Drainage needs to be given due attention .
