SEFI has been on the brink of closing down due to inadequate funds for hosting the site on the US based server. To sustain SEFI in its present form, following has been put in place.


a) Starting June 1 2012, all new registrations will require a Rs 500/- min contribution.


b) All existing SEFI members who have not made any contribution in the past need to make min contribution of Rs 500/-. There will be restrictions in access to SEFI starting August 2012 for those who have not been contributors to SEFI even once since its inception.


To make contribution to SEFI easy, payment through debit/credit card/net banking/Cash Cards/Mobile Payments etc, has been operationalised via popular payment gateway CCAvenue. The details are as follows:

• To pay in few clicks usingCredit Cards(VISA as of now, Master Card to follow soon)/Debit Cards(VISA powered and SBI/PNB/Canara Bank viaCCAvenuePayment Gateway) go to this link (or via SEFI home pagewww.www.buonovino.com),//www.buonovino.com/?q=donate
  
• If you remember your SEFI user id/password its highly recommend you login then follow Donate Link on Home Page.
  
• It will take you toCCAvenuesecure site for entering Card Details or to respective bank site if netbanking option chosen.
  
• Follow steps, at the end you will be shown a success page if the transaction has been successful.
  
• All contribution are tax exempt under 80G detailed receipt will be emailed/posted or available for download/print.
  
• Should you face any difficulty in online transaction, retry or fall back to offline good old check/dd option using same donate link or bank transfer, details of which are given here under and on the link when you choose check as option.
  
• 请注意交易细节/奥德er ID etc and cite the same for any communication with us.
  
• The process is secure and all sort of logging in place to prevent any fraudulant transactions.
  
• Please ensure you begin your transaction from SEFI site check in browser that user is indeedwww.www.buonovino.comand not any other site pretending to be SEFI.
  
• You will be take to CCavenue site after entering details, when you enter the billing/card info make sure the site in browser address bar ishttps://www.ccavenue.com/txn/Billing.jspkeep this in mind for transaction safety. From there you should chose card type or netbanking bank and then proceed. VISA cards may require Verified by VISA password, if you dont already have one do check details from your card provider.
  
• The charges will be billed to your Card / Bank Statement asCCAVENUE.COM/CHARGE

I dont have credit or debit cards.Is it necessary to donate through credit or debit card?Can i transfer the amount directly through net banking to your account.plz give your account details.Is it compulsary to donate Rs.500 immediately any amount less than that cannot be donated.Plz reply soon

This is manoj nallanathel, structural engineer form Doha-QATAR and a active use of SEFI forums,


I was trying to donate some amount through my Debit card issued from QATAR (as I dont have Credit card), and I failed to donate the amount even I tried two three times as there is no option for Debit card issued from Outside of india,


Please advise me.
